Ice Cream Cone Cake Balls

Hailey asked me if we could make something fun with cake today. I had just finished making a birthday cake and was thinking what to do with the left overs. We finally decided to make mini ice cream cone cake balls.



The "ice cream" is cake mixed with icing, dipped in chocolate and placed on an ice cream cone. They are topped with more melted chocolate, sprinkles and some red fondant as the cherry.

Present Birthday Cake

9 x 13 vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream covered in fondant. The bow was really fun to make, a little frustrating at times but I'm happy with how it turned out.

Birthday Cupcakes

These little cuppies were made for a friend's 25th birthday, 25 cupcakes for 25 years!
Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and purple & blue fondant flowers. Some of the cupcakes had sugar sprinkles too

Chocolate Chip Cookie Lover Cake

There is nothing like a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and looking at my ooey gooey cookies gave me the inspiration for this cake.
This 6" vanilla cake is filled with two layers of chocolate chip cookie dough buttercream and a layer of vanilla buttercream.



It's covered with more vanilla buttercream, topped with chocolate ganache, vanilla buttecream swirls and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.

Girls Night Out

I made this 6" cake for a girls night out I had recently. The cake is vanilla, filled with dark chocolate mousse, covered in chocolate buttercream and then covered in chocolate ganache. The cake was also sprayed with a sugar and Kahula syrup and the sides were covered in dark chocolate curls.
The girls night out and the martini glasses are pink and white chocolate.
